Armando Incer Toledo, M.D.
Armando Incer Toledo, M.D. is a doctor of internal medicine with a specialty in the area of diabetics practicing in Boaco, Nicaragua. He has served as director of Silais-Boaco since 1997, monitoring, evaluating and supervising all health services in the department of Boaco. Under Dr. Incer’s direction, Silais-Boaco developed the initiative “Friends of Women and Children,” the first of its type in Latin America. He has served as coordinator in this department with of a variety of health projects initiated by USAID. He has served as medical director of Hospital Jose Nieborowski and municipal director of the Ministry of Health in the city of Teustepe.
