Rafael Rios III
Rafael Rios III is an attorney practicing business, immigration, real estate and wine law, at Coombs & Dunlap in St. Helena, California. He received his bachelor's degree in landscape architecture from the University of California at Davis. After working in landscape architecture and in land planning for several years, he entered Santa Clara University Law School, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi, an honorary legal fraternity. He is a member of the Napa County Bar Association. He is also an active member of the St. Helena Kiwanis Club, and has served on the Board of Directors of the St. Helena Chamber of Commerce, St. Helena Kiwanis Club, Napa County Hispanic Network and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Calistoga Family Center.
