Robert Moore, MD

Robert Moore, M.D. is Medical Director of Clinic Ole, a non-profit community health center in Napa, California serving primarily Latinos and the working poor. He is a graduate of the University of California at San Francisco's School of Medicine and has a Master's in Public Health from Columbia University in New York City. As a medical student, Dr. Moore spent time in Managua, Nicaragua at Bertha Calderon Women's Hospital and Lenin Fonseca Hospital studying the primary health care system set up by the Sandinistas. Dr. Moore completed his family residency program at Ventura County Medical Center in Ventura, California in 1995. His clinical interests include: Pediatrics (including immunizations, childhood obesity and oral health), Women's Health, Diabetes, and Public Health (including Tuberculosis). His administrative interests center on quality improvement, education of students in the health professions, and use of information technology in health care.
