Jennifer Owen

Jennifer Owen is an attorney specializing in clean energy technologies and energy policy. From 2007-2008, Jennifer served at the Department of Energy as Director of the Office of Technology Advancement and Outreach in DOE's Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE), where she led EERE's communications with Congress, other federal agencies, the media, stakeholders, and consumers.  Before joining DOE, Jennifer was a Legislative Assistant to U.S. Senator Conrad Burns (R-MT) and a staff member on the U.S. Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee. Jennifer also serves as  a member of the Board of Directors for the I'm Too Young For This! Cancer Foundation, an organization dedicated to providing support for young adults with cancer.
